Service Description
Days: Wednesdays Times: 10am-3pm Ages: 7+ (Children 5+ can attend with a supervising adult. Parents and siblings under 5 are also welcome). Location: Griffith Park Instructor: Chris Morasky Cost: $1,040 (Charter Funds accepted. Discounts and payment plans available. Message us for more information) Dates: 13 weeks – 2/5 - 5/21 (excluding 4/9 and 4/30) Embark on a fantastic journey into regenerative living through hands-on projects and hiking adventures! This course combines the essential skills of traditional bushcraft, the principles of permaculture, and the practices of homesteading to empower students with the knowledge and abilities needed to thrive in harmony with nature. This class is designed to build proficiency in the skills necessary to lead a regenerative lifestyle – cooperation, systems thinking, and deep connection with the natural world. We’ll delve into the project of the week. Some projects may take multiple weeks to complete as they require a variety of skills. These projects provide practical experience and foster a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between bushcraft, permaculture, and homesteading. Join us in this immersive learning experience, where your child will acquire valuable skills for a regenerative lifestyle built to meet the challenges of an uncertain future. Project list for the semester is TBD. PLEASE NOTE: We will track air quality and wind direction each week for the safety of the children.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking for a full refund, you must cancel no later than 30 days before the start date of the offering. All bookings are fully transferable at any time. You must email us with the name and contact information of your transferee. Our offerings take place rain or shine. We do not cancel or refund for inclement weather. We do not offer refunds for COVID-related issues.
