Backyard Butchering Sunday, March 16, 2025 10am - 5pm Pasadena Ages 16+ unless accompanied by a REGISTERED adult $150 Does the idea of butchering a big animal feel overwhelming? Don't know the difference between a top sirloin steak and a porterhouse? Relax. This is backyard butchering. You'll learn how to practically and efficiently process a whole pig including skinning, cutting, and packaging. You'll take a selection of meat home with you, too! This class will be packed with solid info and skills to give you the confidence to process any animal in the best way for your home-cooked meals.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking for a full refund, you must cancel no later than 30 days before the start date of the offering. All bookings are fully transferable at any time. You must email us with the name and contact information of your transferee. Our offerings take place rain or shine. We do not cancel or refund for inclement weather. We do not offer refunds for COVID-related issues.
